All orders are processed by our warehouse following your online purchase during regular business hours M-F CA time. Processing usually occurs at the beginning of the work day. Depending on load, this step can take from 2- 4 business days.
NORMAL -UPS Ground = allow 10-14 business days Depending on your location, UPS delivery can take 7 or in some cases up to 9 days, in addition to the above mentioned processing time.
RUSH - allow 5- 7 business days Orders are delivered via UPS 3-day Express service, after the above mentioned processing time.
